Q: How much will you charge me for moving a three bed-roomed house from Westlands to Runda?
A: Our charges are based on the time taken, the materials used and number of movers deployed. That is why we always begin by conducting a pre-moving survey. It is only after the survey that we are able to give you a quotation and moving advice pertaining to your specific needs. Our prices are however very fair and the service level is very high.

A: In moving, there are no similar houses. Every house has got its unique requirements. That is why we will still have to conduct a survey in your house and give you a personalized quotation. You never know, it may even cost you less than your neighbour.
Q: How long will it take you to move me from a three bed-roomed flat in Lavington to Karen? Could it be through within one day?
A: Once the survey is conducted we shall advice you the estimated time. However, our approach is to help clients move as peacefully as possible and within as reasonable time as possible. For houses that do not exceed 4 bedrooms we always accomplish intra-city moving jobs within one day unless the clients wish to have it done for longer periods.
Q: Can your company move me on Sunday?

Q: In case my things break, will your insurance pay me?
A: It is important that you inform your insurer about your moving and get the appropriate cover. We have no “insurable interest” on your goods as we do not own them. If you do not have a cover we can take on your behalf so long as you give us the estimated value and we shall pass on the cost to you. Moving covers are normally very cheap.
Q: It is now 11.30 AM, can you come to my house and move me today?
A: Planning is very important. If you call us on extremely short notice, you may be disappointed as we could be fully committed. Always call us at least one week before your intended moving day for the local house removals so as we can plan together and allot you a slot in our diary. The international and office removals need much longer notice periods.
Q: Who is going to fix my TV aerial?
A: Don’t worry! We shall come with a fully qualified person to do this for you. However, you must ensure that you have all the cables and other gadgets needed for this purpose.
Q. Do I need to call my electrician to remove and fix my DSTV dish and decoder

Q: Your truck looks small. Will all my things fit inside?
